Steffan Dalsgaard has taken many companies public, and he runs one himself. His company, Lavish Enterprises, took control of VirExit Technologies (OTC: VXIT) when it had almost no records. He merged in a new business and rebuilt the record piece by piece. That rebuild is the work Epic Advisory Group now does for other public companies.
