Epic Advisory Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Epic Advisory Group," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers our marketing site, the Epic Ascent launch program, our Launch Engine and the prospect research behind it, and the paid formation and growth work we deliver to clients.
01 Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to information we handle through:
- Our marketing website and any forms on it, including the contact form.
- Our readiness quiz and any intake or qualification questions you answer.
- The Epic Ascent launch program, from Base Camp through the Summit.
- Our Launch Engine and the research we use to identify and reach businesses that may benefit from our work.
- Paid formation and growth services we deliver, and the purchases that fund them.
02 Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you provide through the contact form. Your name, email address, phone number, company, website, and the details you choose to share about your business and goals.
- Information you provide through the quiz or intake. Answers about your stage, industry, plans, and readiness, which help us understand how we may be able to help.
- Purchase and engagement information. When you buy a service or begin an engagement, we collect the details needed to deliver it, such as billing contact information, business and formation details, the deliverables you request, and records of our communications. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us (see Payments and Stripe below).
- Prospect and lead information. As part of our Launch Engine, we may collect business information that is publicly available or supplied by data providers, such as a business name, website, public contact details, and a review of an existing site, so we can determine whether to reach out.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed, used to operate, secure, and improve the site.
03 How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
06 Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run our business. Depending on the service, these may include:
- Payment processing, handled by Stripe, to take purchases and manage payment links.
- Transactional and marketing email, handled by an email provider, to send service messages and updates.
- SMS messaging, handled by an SMS provider, where you have opted in.
- Hosting and infrastructure, to serve the website and store engagement data securely.
- Business data providers, used within our Launch Engine to identify and verify businesses we may contact.
- Analytics, if enabled, to measure and improve site performance.
Each provider receives only the information it needs to perform its function and is required to protect it.
07 Payments and Stripe
We process payments through Stripe. When you make a purchase, your payment card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's own security and privacy practices. We do not see or store your full card number. We do receive confirmation of payment and limited details needed to fulfill your order and keep records, such as your name, billing contact, the service purchased, and the transaction status.
08 Email and SMS Communications
We send transactional messages, such as receipts, engagement updates, and replies to your inquiries, through our email provider. With your consent where required, we may also send marketing messages and, if you opt in, SMS updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in those messages, or reply to opt out of SMS. We will still send essential transactional messages related to an active engagement.
09 Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to those who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10 Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to deliver and support your engagement, to maintain accurate financial and legal records, and to meet our legal obligations. Prospect information that does not lead to an engagement is kept only as long as it is useful for outreach and then removed on request or in the normal course. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
11 Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to opt out of marketing communications. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.
12 Third-Party Links

13 Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and the people who run them, and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
