These terms cover text messages sent by Epic Advisory Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Epic Advisory Group," "we," "us," or "our"), including messages from ACE, our AI chief of staff assistant, to our clients and their authorized contacts. The program is called Epic Advisory Group Client Messaging.
01 The Program
Epic Advisory Group Client Messaging is a service line for companies that engage Epic Advisory Group. Messages come from ACE, the AI assistant in Market Fortress, Epic Advisory Group's client platform. Clients and the people they authorize use it to tell us about developments at their company, answer our questions, and receive updates on the work we prepare for them. We do not use this program to send advertising, stock prices, trading alerts, or investment advice.
02 Messages You Will Receive
- Questions about matters you or your company have told us about, one at a time.
- Confirmations of facts before we use them in any document.
- Notices that documents are ready for your review or signature. Some of these notices include a link to a secure sign-in page, and the same notice is also sent to you by email.
- Reminders about approvals, signatures, meetings, and deadlines.
- Replies to messages you send us.
03 How You Opt In
This program is for our clients only. Each person opts in for themselves, in writing, with a texting agreement that is separate from any contract with their company. We email each authorized contact a private link to that agreement. It shows the program name, what we text about, how often, that message and data rates may apply, and how HELP and STOP work. The person checks an unchecked box, types their name, and selects "I agree". Agreeing is optional: anyone who does not agree keeps working with us by email and the client portal. We never ask anyone to opt in by text, and we do not text a number unless its signed texting agreement is on file. After you opt in, we send one confirmation message that names the program, explains how often we message, and tells you how to stop. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
04 Message Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies with the activity in your engagement. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We send messages between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in your time zone, except where you ask us to, or where a time-sensitive matter requires it.
05 How to Stop Messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from this program. Replying with END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or STOPALL on its own works the same way. We also honor other clear requests to stop, whether by text, email, or phone. After you opt out, we send one message confirming it, and then no further texts unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.

07 About ACE
ACE is an AI assistant. It identifies itself as an AI in its first message and whenever you ask. Every document is checked before it reaches you, and you can ask to speak with a person at any time. ACE does not provide legal, tax, investment, or trading advice.
08 Keep Sensitive Information Out of Texts
Text messages are not encrypted. Never send passwords, access codes, account numbers, or government identification numbers by text. When we need information like that, we will direct you to your secure client portal.
09 Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10 Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.
11 Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
